Ice can be magical but maybe not save your life, however it will help solve some everyday life problems. Ice has a number of uses you might not know yet but you will know in less than a minute of reading this article.

We have seen it happen sometimes. gum on carpet, put ice on it and it will harden after a while then easily scrap it off. Use the same trick on clothes or just put the garment in a freezer for a while that will do the trick.

I wish i had known this trick before. Do you find that when you microwave rice it dries out and becomes starchy. Well that is a thing of the past now with this ice trick. Just place an ice cube in the center of the rice and then wrap the top with plastic wrap, with a few punctures in then reheat.

A carpet can really surfer when furniture has been on it for years, dents almost become permanent features. Drop an ice cube into the dent and let it melt. Now that the carpet fibers are wet and pliable, brush out the dent.

Place an ice cube in a potted plant for slow-release watering. It’s the perfect solution for when you’re going to be out all day. Just don’t let the cube touch the roots, because that can cause tissue damage.
6. Make medicine taste better
bitter-tasting medicine is not good, it can taste horrible and leaves a lingering taste in your mouth afterward. Suck on an ice cube after swallowing the medicine to both wash out the taste and numb your mouth slightly, which will mask the taste even more. especially effective for kids.
7. Skim the fat from soup
Drop an ice some ice cubes into warm soup. Scoop them out a few seconds later and you will see the hardened fat sticking to them.
