BUHARI MEETS WITH TUNDE THOMPSON, A JOURNALIST HE JAILED IN 1984 [PICS]

President-elect, Buhari, got to meet with Tunde Thompson, one of the journalists jailed for violating Decree 4 in 1984 when he was a military Head of State.

On Tuesday, May 5,  when Buhari hosted members of his Media Team and Social Media Influencers at the Defence House, Abuja, he had a brief audience with Thompson.

The President-elect praised the journalist, who is a member of his media team, for rising above his jail experience to forgive and support his presidential bid.
